Work Session Minutes

      7:30 PM 

The Ruthven-Ayrshire Board of Education held a work session meeting with the following in attendance: President Jill Conlon, Vice-President Rob Allen, Director Jamie Dodd, Director Emily Grange, Administration in attendance Superintendent Marshall Lewis, Principal Courtney Cook, SBO Sarah Stillman and Board Secretary Angie Woods. Guests Alyssa Enderson and Amy Sikora.  Absent: Director Amy Loder, Director Stephanie Fay, Director Heather Ruehle. 

 

President Conlon call the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m

Director Allen motion to approve the agenda as presented.  Seconded by Dodd.  All voted affirmative.  Motion carried.

Guest: Alyssa Enderson and Amy Sikora.

Financial Analysis:  Enderson presented a finance analysis to the board.  Discussion was held regarding the general fund, student enrollment, audit findings and financial reconciliation and cleanup process.

Board Adjourned at 9:07 p.m.
