Food and beverages sold individually outside the school nutrition program during the school day will meet the nutritional guidelines established by the school district and as required by state or federal law. Vending machines in the school building shall be the responsibility of the building administrator. Purchases from the vending machines, will not be made one-half hour prior to, during or one-half hour after the service of meals unless permission has been granted by the principal.
