Budget Hearing Minutes
Wednesday, March 25, 2026
The Ruthven-Ayrshire Board of Directors held its Public Budget Hearing with the following in attendance: Directors: Jill Conlon, Director Stephanie Fay, Director Heather Ruehle, Director Jamie Dodd, Director Emily Grange, Director Rob Allen Superintendent Marshall Lewis, Board Secretary Angie Woods, SBO Sarah Stillman and Principal Courtney Cook. Absent: Director Amy Loeder. All votes are unanimous unless otherwise noted.
Call to Order- President Conlon at 6:00 pm in the Board Room in Ruthven, Iowa. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
Adopt the Agenda- Allen moved to adopt the agenda as is. Seconded by Fay. Motion carried.
Public Budget Hearing-The Public Budget hearing was started at 6:01 pm with Proof of timely notification in the paper presented. There were no community members present. Discussion was held amongst the board members and Lewis. The Budget hearing ended at 6:22 p.m.
Board Comments- Allen asked about setting up committees.
Adjournment- Fay moved to adjourn at 6:28 pm. Seconded by Dodd. Motion carried.
